Hi [NAME], I just saw your [SPECIFIC POST] and it stuck with me. I’m [YOUR NAME] from [BRAND]. I think [PRODUCT] fits the way you create, and I’d love to send you one to try. No posting required; if you like it, great. Want me to send one over? [YOUR NAME] [BRAND]

Hi [NAME], Big fan of your content. I’d love to send you [PRODUCT] from [BRAND]. No posting required. Interested? [YOUR NAME] @ [BRAND]
When they say yes
Send a claim link instead of asking for an address. In Seeding Ops, each creator picks their variant, adds shipping details and accepts your terms, and it becomes a $0 Shopify order automatically.
How to get a reply
The generator gives you the structure; the reply rate comes from the one field most people skip, the specific post. "Love your content" is in every pitch a creator gets. "Your Sunday reset video" shows you actually watched. Spend two minutes on their profile before you send.
- Lead with what they get. Product, code, commission or fee, in the first two sentences.
- Be clear about the ask. If you expect a post, say so. If you don’t, say that too.
- End with one easy question. "Want me to send one?" gets more replies than a list of options.
- Match the channel. Emails can carry details; DMs should fit on one phone screen.

Frequently asked questions
What should an influencer outreach message include?
Five things: the creator’s name, one specific post of theirs you liked, what you want to send or offer, what (if anything) you expect in return, and one easy question to answer. Keep it under 120 words; creators read pitches on their phone.
Should I reach out to influencers by email or DM?
Use email when the creator lists a business email in their bio, especially for paid work or anyone with a manager. Use a DM for smaller creators who don’t list one. A DM should be two or three sentences and can ask for the best email for details.
Should I say posting is optional in a gifting message?
Only if it’s true. No-strings gifting usually gets more yeses, and the creator posts if they like the product. If you expect a post, say so up front; hiding the ask until after the product ships is the fastest way to lose the relationship. Either way, any post about a free product needs an #ad or #gifted disclosure under FTC rules.
How many times should I follow up?
Once or twice. Send the first follow-up three to five days after the original message and a short final note about a week later, then stop.
