One pipeline, from prospect to posted.
The claim link replaces the DM thread
Each creator gets a signed URL. It shows the products you allow (with variants and live inventory), collects a verified shipping address, records acceptance of your campaign terms with a version stamp, and — optionally — a content submission later.
Links expire, reminders go out on your schedule, and the brand’s claim page can be themed or replaced with a bespoke layout.

A real Shopify order, at $0.00
On claim, Seeding Ops creates a draft order for the chosen variant, applies a 100% discount, tags it (campaign, creator handle, “Seeding”) and completes it. Your 3PL or warehouse sees an ordinary order and ships it.
Inventory decrements correctly, the order shows in reports under its tags, and gift orders are excluded from attribution GMV by tag.
Tracking and follow-ups run on the carrier scan
Fulfillment tracking syncs to the card. Delivery starts the clock: unboxing guide, post reminder and thank-you are sent from real delivery timestamps, not from someone remembering.
Exceptions (returned, stuck, address problems) become tickets in the app instead of surprises in month two.
Attribution you can defend
Every creator can be issued a unique discount code. The Shopify orders/paid webhook matches codes to creators, applies your holding period, and records each order once (idempotent). Gift orders are recorded but never counted as sales.
You see posts, orders and GMV per creator — and can recalculate when rules change.
