How is billing handled?

Through Shopify Managed Pricing. You approve the charge in your Shopify admin; it appears on your Shopify bill. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation happen in Shopify and sync to the app.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You choose a plan in Shopify. If you do nothing, the account drops to the free tier (5 campaigns, 10 creators, no gift orders) — nothing is deleted.

Do plan limits apply during the trial?

Yes — the trial runs on the plan you pick, with that plan's limits.

What is on the roadmap but not sold today?

API access and custom reporting for Scale. They are not counted in the plan comparison above and you are not paying for them.
